Designed for businesses across all industries, the course supports progression towards the Level 3 First Aid at Work (RQF) qualification through a blended learning approach and can replace 1 day of the 3-day course. On completion, learners receive a Highfield completion certificate.

To achieve the regulated Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (RQF), learners must also complete practical training and assessment with an approved provider.

This online training course is designed to give learners the opportunity to undertake online first-aid training and go on to achieve the Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (RQF) or First Aid at Work at SCQF level 6.

Assessing an incident

Learn about scene and primary surveys, and when to call for help

Managing an unresponsive casualty

Explore life support techniques including CPR, AED use and seizure response

Recognise and treat choking casualties, blocked airways, and hypoxia effectively

External bleeding and shock
