Manually expire a licence

To manually expire a licence, you will need to log in as an administrator.

Select ‘Learner reports’ from the ‘Learners’ tab in the main menu.

This page by default displays a list of all the active learners within your administrative scope, and their active courses.

To locate the learner that you you’re looking for, either search the list of learner reports, or you can use the filter options to filter by the learner’s name, and/or the specific course, and then select ‘Add filters’.

Once located, select the ‘View courses’ icon under the options column for the Learner and Course that you’re looking to expire. Select the ‘Expire now’ icon, and then select ‘OK’ on the notification box.

The course will now be expired, and the learner will no longer be able to access the course.

If the course had not been accessed by the learner, the licence may be returned ready to be reused.
