Easy to get started
Simple plugin installation and set-up
If you wish to use our WordPress plugin please log in and then download the file below. You then simply ‘plugin’ to your existing WooCommerce website.
- Install and set up the Highfield plugin
- Add/edit a WooCommerce product
- Select the relevant e-learning course under the ‘Highfield API Course’ settings tab
- Upon a successful and ‘Completed’ order purchase (rather than ‘Pending’ – WooCommerce default settings) the learners will be automatically added to the Highfield LMS.
* Please note – the plugin is not compatible with ‘Buy Now’ options (including PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay) as the checkout process is an integral part of the enrolment process.

Yes! The Highfield WordPress plugin is completely free to download and use with your WooCommerce-powered website.
No, the setup process is straightforward. Simply install the plugin, connect your Highfield account, and assign courses to WooCommerce products.
Please note: orders will need to be set to ‘Completed’ for the enrolments to take place.
Yes, we offer branding options to ensure a seamless experience for your customers.
The plugin is currently designed for individual course sales. If you need bulk licensing, we recommend our web services for a more scalable solution.
Customers will be directed to the Highfield LMS, which by default features Highfield e-Learning branding. If you’d like a fully branded experience, we offer custom login portals and LMS branding with your company’s logo and colours.
Upon purchasing a course, learners receive an email with their login credentials, allowing them to start their training immediately. (Please note: this does not apply to our test system for security reasons.)
Once an order is marked as Completed in WooCommerce (rather than Pending, which is the default), learners are automatically added to the Highfield LMS and granted course access via e-mail.
The ‘Completed’ state may be automated, please discuss with your website developer.
No, the plugin is not compatible with Buy Now options such as PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, as the WooCommerce checkout process is required for enrolment.
Those payment options can however still be made available on the checkout page.
