Lee heads the Highfield e-learning customer service team who are responsible for ensuring our customers receive all the support they need when it comes to technical enquiries.
Lee has extensive experience of Highfield products having worked on the Highfield sales team for several years before starting his current role.
In his spare time Lee practices Mixed Martial Arts which help him maintain his fitness levels. Lee studies Jiu Jitsu, grappling and kick boxing.
Jude acts as Highfield’s lead subject matter expert (UK) for food safety and HACCP.
She is heavily involved in the development and compilation of examination questions and papers for food safety and HACCP at all levels, as well as all recent updates to Highfield’s food safety and HACCP training products.
She has many years’ experience as a consultant working with food manufacturers, caterers and retailers to improve food safety and HACCP.
Andy is HABC’s lead subject matter expert for the area of door supervision and has also co-authored a number of Highfield security products including the Door Supervisors Course Book and Safety Awareness for Door Supervisors. He is a former police officer with over 20 years’ experience working within the private security industry.
Andy was one of the SIA’s first consultants when the Private Security Industry Act was first implemented, and now sits on several of the sector working groups, advising on future training requirements. He has authored several books and articles in security magazines on training within the sector.
Nicola is Highfield’s licensing subject matter expert, having been heavily involved in the development of all of HABC's licensing qualifications.
Nicola has authored Highfield’s range of licensing training materials, including the APLH Licensing Course Book, the SCPLH Course Book and the Underage Sales Level 2 Handbook, as well as the supporting PowerPoints™.
Nicola is an experienced and innovative trainer with over 15 years’ experience and a passion for making learning both fun and effective.
John acts as an SME for Highfield on first-aid matters and has over 20 years’ experience within the field of first aid.
During his 22 years’ service in the military John was a team medic during active service, and delivered both battlefield first-aid training and first-aid instructor courses to service personnel.
Since leaving the forces John has carried on his passion for first aid by delivering numerous first aid instructor courses both nationally and internationally, working closely in unison with the Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services.
